There is no catch! All we require is a deposit before the job takes place.
If you are currently paying for boiler cover a new boiler could pay for itself! If you chose a boiler with a 10 year warranty for example, you will no longer have to cover cost of boiler cover, often around £17 per month. These are estimated figures based on installing a new A-rated condensing boiler with a programmer, room thermostat and thermostatic radiator controls (TRVs) in a gas-heated home from an older boiler without controls. Savings will vary depending on the size and thermal performance of your home.
